The camera doesn't count my reps.
Lean your iPhone against a wall about two metres away, so your whole body is in the picture, in good light. Check that RepRumble may use the camera: iPhone Settings, RepRumble, Camera. Before every fight, the briefing shows how each exercise is counted.
How do I cancel RepRumble Plus?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then RepRumble. Cancel at least 24 hours before your plan renews and you won’t be charged again.
I bought Plus, but it isn't active.
Open RepRumble Plus in the app and tap Restore, while you’re signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Someone is behaving badly.
You can report or block a player from your friends list and from a rival’s deck. Blocked players can’t find, invite or fight you any more. You can also write to us; we read every report.
How do I delete my data?
In RepRumble: Profile, Online, Delete online data. That removes your online account, your friends, duels and ranked rounds from our server, your ghost included. Everything else lives on your iPhone and goes with the app. The privacy policy has the details.
Is RepRumble a medical device?
No. RepRumble is a game that makes working out more fun. Train within your limits, and talk to a doctor if you’re unsure whether an exercise is right for you.
