Lean your phone against a wall two metres away. The camera reads 33 points of your body on the phone itself, and no video leaves it.

How does it count my reps?
Your iPhone's camera tracks 33 points of your body with a pose model that runs on the phone. Rules for each exercise turn those points into reps. No video is uploaded.
What do I need?
An iPhone, a wall to lean it against and about two metres of space. Every exercise uses your body weight, no equipment.
Do I need a friend to play?
No. The campaign is solo, and online fights match you with the ghost of a real player near your level, or with a clearly labelled bot while few people are playing.
Can I cheat by waving at the camera?
Not in ranked. The server replays your reps and holds to judge the round, and wins against bots never count for your league.
Is there an Android version?
It's in the works. RepRumble starts on iPhone.
